- New visitors only (as opposed to returning visitors)
- Sent immediately after they signup to receive the offer
- Exclude sending if they are already on your list.

Template #2 - Product Browse Campaign

The Product Browse Campaign aims to target shoppers who browse product pages but never added any items to their cart. Did you know that there are 70x more people who do this than "add to cart" so the performance of this particular campaign usually outperforms cart abandonment emails (quite easily).

This campaign doesn't need any heavy selling or strong incentives either. The real success of this campaign is in the ability to dynamically populate the template with the product information the shopper was viewing along with related product recommendations based on the products they browsed on the site.

- Shopper browses product page but doesn't add any items to their cart.
- No order was made within the last 24hrs.
- No abandon cart email was sent within the last 24hrs.

This campaign is triggered and sent when a shopper browses a particular category on your site but never clicked on any specific product pages.

Even though a category browsers purchase intent is lower than product browsers, this email aims to send each shopper a completely customized message with category specific recommendations and content in relation to the exact category they were browsing.

- Shopper viewed a category page.
- Didn't click on any product pages.
- Didn't make an order in the last 24hrs.

- View our (category_title) selection
- Shopping for (category_title)?
- Our latest (category_title) deals

Template #4 - Homepage Browse Campaign

The homepage browse campaign is sent to all other "window shoppers" who didn't receive any of the other emails (or cart abandon) but were still identified on the site. In most cases these are people who would have arrived on the homepage and left without clicking any deeper into the site.

Given that this segment of shoppers have displayed extremely low purchase intent, the template is aimed at displaying site wide top sellers for the past 10 days.

Targeting Rules:
- Shopper entered site on homepage.
- Didn't click on any category or product pages.
- Didn't make an order in the last 24hrs.

Possible Subject Lines:
- This week's top 10 sellers
- These items are nearly sold out
- This week's top selling items are....
